Job description
Lead and oversee the accounting operations of the firm and its clients, with a focus on regulatory compliance, service quality and team development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the accounting operations of the firm and its clients.
- Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations and IFRS.
- Review financial statements and produce information for decision-making.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
- Drive team development, continuous improvement and business growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting.
- A master's degree in Finance, Auditing, Taxation or Business Administration is desirable.
- More than 5 years of experience leading accounting departments.
- Experience in accounting firms.
- Strong command of financial and tax accounting and tax regulations.
- Experience leading teams and serving corporate clients.
- Advanced English.
