Piero Antonio Rusconi Gutiérrez is the founding partner of CENTRAL LAW in El Salvador and has built an extensive legal career, with a particular focus on litigation, arbitration and business advisory. He holds a law degree from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado and is authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic of El Salvador to practice as an Attorney and Notary. He is also a certified litigation mediator with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of El Salvador (CAMARASAL).
His practice covers Civil, Administrative and Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, Maritime Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative and Immigration Law, Foreign Investment, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure. Throughout his career, he has led and participated in arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as in matters related to business transactions and investment in El Salvador. His professional career has been recognized by Chambers Latin America and Chambers Global, which have highlighted him as a leading lawyer in his practice areas. He has advised local and international companies on significant matters for their operations in the country and is actively involved in professional and institutional organizations. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco Promerica, the Bar Association of El Salvador and the International Bar Association (IBA).
