Mauricio Guardado is an associate attorney and head of the Litigation Department at CENTRAL LAW's El Salvador office. He holds a law degree from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), along with several diploma courses and a graduate degree in Corporate Finance from the same university.
Throughout his career, he has gained experience in both the public and private sectors. In the judiciary, he worked in trial courts and at the Supreme Court, while in the private sector he served as a full-time attorney at well-known law firms in the country.
His practice focuses on litigation and handling proceedings of various kinds, including judicial debt collection, administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, as well as civil and commercial matters.
